Shipping Policies

Our Lash shipping costs are based on the size of the product you’re ordering and the country you’re living. Final costs will be calculated at checkout. We can sometimes take 1-3 days to ship your items out in busy times and we do not work weekends.

Our Swim sales are dispatched within 7-10 working days.

Returns Policy

We accept returns of unwanted and unused items within 14 days of receipt. For full information regarding returns and exchanges, please check our returns policy . Due to the hygienic nature of Lashes we will only accept return on unused and unopened lashes. Please visually check the lash is to your liking before you remove it from its packaging. We are unable to refund any lashes that have been worn or removed from the lash tray/case.

FAQs

My parcel has been delivered and signed for but I haven’t received it?: Please email us at customerservice@kamiraa.com Please be assured we will work closely with DPD/Royal Mail to get this matter resolved. A signature dispute will be raised on this consignment and investigated accordingly.

In the meantime, if you are able to send us over some photo ID of yourself preferably with a signature also shown clearly.

i.e. Passport/driving licence

This will help us massively to carry out our investigation quickly and efficiently.

Do Lashes come with glue?: Lashesdo not come with lash adhesive. You can use any temporary lash adhesive to apply your lashes.
Do you only make a few items of each?: KAMIRAA SWIM is all limited edition pieces, these are unique and only a small number is made yes, so hurry!
What is the most natural lash?: The most natural Lash style is “ALICE”. We recommend this lash for anyone that wants a beautiful natural every day make up look.
Do you ship internationally?: Yes, we ship to almost every country worldwide.
What language should my order be placed with?: All orders must be entered and processed in English and paid in GBP.
