COVID 19 NOTICE
Due to the current COVID 19 situation, we have extended our return policy to 20 days for all unused and unopened goods. We are taking extra measures to ensure the safely of our operations during this time. This is to ensure that your orders are still shipped and our process can continue. Although we are dispatching as normal, we have been informed of longer delivery times as all courier networks are working with reduced staff and this is having a knock-on effect on delivery times. We would please kindly ask our customers to be patient and kind. Please rest assured we will be keeping an eye on every order and will ensure you will receive your order in due course.
Our shipping costs are based on the size of the product you’re ordering and the country you’re living. Final costs will be calculated at checkout but see below for a useful guide. We can sometimes take 1-3 days to ship your items out in busy times and we do not work weekends.

We accept returns of unwanted and unused items within 14 days of receipt. For full information regarding returns and exchanges, please check our returns policy . Due to the hygienic nature of Lashes we will only accept return on unused and unopened lashes. Please visually check the lash is to your liking before you remove it from its packaging. We are unable to refund any lashes that have been worn or removed from the lash tray/case.
